Hikkal: Order in Chaos
We turn our attention not to the oldest of the Gods, but certainly the most renowned in all Mutantur. From the icy tundra at the border of Norauster down to the glittering Imperium oceans, temples dedicated to the lord of Order are abundant, and their parishioners countless. At its peak, one could walk the entire coastline of Mutantur and find themselves in the Dur Imperium. Therefore, even in the areas that are no longer under his direct influence, you will find Hikkal. He is woven into the tenets of every city’s guard. His words are inscribed on the inside of every crown worn by a monarch. He is in the flick of the tax collector’s pen; and in the blade of the paladin protecting his people; and in the wisdom passed down by parents and teachers alike. Hikkal was born of the one thing that society requires to survive: order.
